Marriott already has "mystery guests" aka QA Analysts who work for a contracted company (which is associated with one of the major accounting/consulting firms). In terms of changes, maybe it's referring to a revised "checklist" or updated priorities or additional in-house Marriott corporate QA auditing.

Actually I know this firm is currently hiring. It may be routine or it may be related to increased audits.
