I'm not so sure it's a good thing that a hotel's F&B manager recognizes your dog. For example, this could be the result of the dog's raiding the hotel kitchen, begging for food at receptions, getting drunk from lapping up unguarded drinks in the bar, licking (ick) room service trays left in the hall, etc. Bad dog!
