I am trying to book business class award on TN using AA miles. Done it many times. EF shows availability, AA agents don't see any. Read back a little bit and you will see this is a common issue, as of late. I have called 3 different call centers, and the story is the same. EF states no issue on their end, so your guess is as good as any what the problem is.
