Be careful on the AC to YYZ. Several flights depend on inbound from YYZ to arrive on time. A lot of folks missed TATL connection today at YYZ on AC738 due to AC737 departing 2 hours late from YYZ (originally scheduled at 8am, did not leave until 10am), and the ripple effect applied to the return flight from SFO (did not arrive until after 10pm). The later scheduled flight from SFO to YYZ (AC756) departed and arrived before AC738.
Thanks for the heads up. Fingers crossed this won't happen to me. But if it does, hopefully UA can reroute me direct to FRA from SFO so I can make my connections in time.
Also, here's another data point: Another itinerary (BEG-FRA-SEA-SFO) was just changed involuntarily; this time it was a equipment change from a 748 to a 744 on FRA-SEA operated by LH. I didn't want to fly on such an old bird, so asked UA to reroute me FRA-SFO directly on a 77W. This way, I'd skip a connection and get to experience the Polaris seat for the first time. Thought it would be a long shot, but UA happily obliged.
United's willingness to adjust bookings in response to even minor schedule changes on P fares is greatly appreciated. ^
