Purchased 1 x $100 06/20, remimbursed 06/22.
The site is a PITA as it won't let me use an APO address so I have to call in to order. I still need to order 3 x $100 and 1 x $50 between two different cards, so I guess this will be one awkward phone call or a couple different calls.
