Abandoning passengers outdoors in winter cold without regard to illness or vulnerability, knowing fully that there was insufficient transportation and zero lodging for the passengers left. Under normal circumstances (not ill as I was) I would have been able to manage, and with luck, nothing more, I did. There were other passengers who were elderly and were not safely looked after.

Like I said, in 30 years of travel I've never been left in a situation where I worried that my health was at risk, or that of the people around me. That time, it most definitely was.
