something in the lines happened to me two months ago. Had a QR booking on hold with amex travel, called the next morning to confirm the reservation and they told me that strangely QR had changed the price. They talked with QR but they refused to let us pay the "old" price (usd 400 less per pax, on a 6 pax reservation). Amex ended up granting us the old price and taking the loss themselves.
