Hold booking price change?

On Thursday I made a booking on Qatar website and payed the fee to hold it for 48 hours. No issues here.
Issues started upon paying it through the web page. After putting in the details the screen same back as an "Apache" error 500. I tried 5 times within an hour period from 2 devices, same issue.
I rang the reservations number and explained the situation, I was told that I can pay it over the phone. Upon finalising the final amount, it was a little higher than it was on my original held booking. When I questioned it, I was told that this only guarantees the seat and not the price. I was short on time so accepted this as my fault and moved on with the booking.

Looking at it now, the website clearly states "hold your booking along with the guaranteed fare in exchange of a minimum fee for up to 72 hours". In addition, I have been charged the booking fee for the payment - even after explaining that im only doing it over the phone because of the website's portal failure.
Is this something that I can just get cleared up directly with QR? Is my interpretation of the holding of the fare correct? Looking for a refund of both the booking fee and the additional fare paid.
