Aeroplan booking: reissued ticket not showing up on Eva website
My wife and I have an Aeroplan business class booking involving multiple airlines. We are on the same flights, but separate booking references.
There was a change on one segment (United) and our tickets got reissued. We both received PDF with new ticket numbers.
One segment is on Eva Air. Now, when I go to Eva website and pull up my booking using Eva booking reference (different from AC), it shows the new ticket number for me.
However, when I pull up my wife's booking on Eva website, it still shows the old ticket number.
Travel is next week. Should I get worried and call Aeroplan to fix my wife's ticket, or is it OK to fly as is? I don't want to deal with a potentially being denied boarding in TPE.
