As per above, I might launch a new thread if more people decide to join (or I will probably do anyway) but this will do for the time being.
Our Fabo.sk is scheduled to do quite a bit of flying over here in Poland and so we decided to make his mileage/segment run slightly more exciting with a few shots of
holy water (Żubrówka Biała, the one and only and a must-have in any reputable fridge) in Gdańsk, on
Saturday July 14th. The idea is to have an afternoon's session in
Garnizon (Wrzeszcz), a relatively new 'district' (a former army garrison) with a few nice bars & pubs, mostly frequented by locals and away from the tourists hanging around in Długa street. The alternative (very valid indeed) would be
Browar Port in Gdynia (weather permitting, we could sit up in the terrace with the stunning sea/port-view).
tropikey has already confirmed his attendance and I'm sure the other local i.e. Lack will also join in (TPJ - what about you?).
I will probably come over in the morning/early afternoon and back to Warsaw with the evening flight as I will most likely fly to Sarajevo the following day as usual.
Everyone welcome!
#G
P.S.:
Poland meetup's thread smoothly updated to reflect the above.
