Thank you so much for your inputs. My flight into Singapore lands at Terminal 3 (as far as I know) at 6am. And I don't have any checked-in luggage at all. All I have is a hand luggage.

My options are: I can look up the monitor for the SQ flight that leaves for Manila at 9am, and go to that particular terminal and the "Transfer Gate" of that particular flight. And at the Transfer desk, I can ask them if they would be willing to get me into the 9am flight if there are tickets. I don't know whether it's possible but I can take a chance. The other option is I can go out of the airport (do customs/immigration), and then I can come back into the ticketing counter for that particular SQ flight, and take a chance if they will have better leeway in accommodating me.

Not sure which route I should take. I'll take a chance and see how things go.
