Hi all,
I had a very bad stay at The Sheraton Diana Majestic in Milano.
Despite having paid USD 330 for a double room, I found this property really in bad condition.
The room was incredibly dirty with dust everywhere, the wallpaper,falling down, no way to get on the balcony,cobwebs everywhere . I sent a letter to SPG customer service and 10 days later, I received a communication from the Hotel general manager saying "......finding small problems, is not so uncommon...."
I again sent a letter to SPG customer service explaining that I was not completely satisfied of the GM message but they told me that the file was closed, so no way for further investigations.
I'm SPG Gold member, I think I will switch my stays to other chains.
For 330 USD, I want a nice and clean room, c'mon, 330 USD !!!
