I purchased a PDX-SFO-HKG ticket on SQ's website the other day, which includes the first segment operated by AS. I have both the confirmation number and ticket number but when trying to add the PDX-SFO flight to My Trips via the AS app or alaskaair.com, it rejects it. I expect this when entering the confirmation number as it is SQ's confirmation number but frustratingly, it only allows 027 tickets. Is there any way around this besides calling AS? Even then, I am not exactly filled with confidence that a phone agent will be able to get my PDX-SFO flight added to My Trips.
