Here's my timeline, does anybody here has any similar experience with Miles & More Hotels?
February 2, 2018
I have received Miles & More Hotels promotion “Earn Up to 13,000 miles extra on your first booking” (In addition to the minimum 1,000 miles per night).
February 17, 2018
I have booked my 7 days stay in Hawaii in February via Miles & More Hotels, received booking confirmation of stay as well as confirmation of 24 425 Miles earned for my stay.
April 11, 2018
I have completed my 7 days stay in Hawaii (No cancelations or changes to the bookings) and I haven’t received any miles for my stay.

I have contacted Miles & More Support to request my miles – I have provided my booking information, screen shot of Miles & More Hotels February Promo as well as booking receipt…. After submitting my request I have received Miles & More auto confirmation of receiving my request via email and also language that this procedure can take approximately 30 days.

I have decided to call Miles & More support to check status of my request and I was told that the miles should be credited to my account within a few days.
June 21, 2018
I have called Miles & More support to inform them that I still haven’t received any Miles and I would like to check status of my request. I was told they created incident number and will check on my case and will give me a call in 5 – 7 business days.
