Does the JV not cover India? I've been booking business class on BA through LHR for ~$7K. but the same flights booked on AA codes have been ~$10K. Obviously I would prefer to book through AA because the miles earned with $ spend are far more than what I'm getting on BA with distance + business class bonus.
