Maybe she should hire a lawyer and get off Twitter. Unless she thinks she has no legal standing but thinks she can publicly shame AA into making exceptions to their baggage liability limits. It doesn't seem like she has much of a case. Unless AA's luggage liability amount is different if you are 'forced' to check a bag.
