According to the reward chart, K flights from Asia to Canada earns 50 percent mileage. Air Canada says no. They refuse to provide any further explanation. Is there an updated reward chart I am missing?

Appreciate any information you help me clarify this. After being an Aeroplan member for a few decades, this is the worst i have experienced in terms of customer service.
