Buying ticket from united.com using a different country/region

I found a low price for ICN-SAN-ICN round-trip ticket using Google Flights, and clicking on the United link leads to the www.united.com/ual/en/kr site offering a KRW price. Logging in with my MP account to book/purchase a ticket results in an error page unless I change my Country/Region to Korea, South. I have taken the process as far as the payment submission page.
.
  1. Would I violate any rule/law by changing to the KR site to book & buy the ticket?
  2. If I proceed with payment on the KR site, will the ticket price at the low KRW fare and simply be converted at the prevailing US$ rate once it hits my VISA card provider (Chase)?
