Don't lock yourself into rushing to a system with an attached printer. When I have something I want to keep handy I print to a PDF file or do a screenshot and hold onto that. And if it's something I may need quick access to, copy it to a cloud account that is available on my cellphone. The real trick is remembering to go back and clean up the files no longer needed.
