I will be traveling with my girlfriend to Europe in July and was hoping to get insight into the best ways to maximize the experience of our travel itinerary:

YVR-YYZ (AC112) - J
YYZ-AMS (AC824) - J

Returning:
BCN-YUL (AC1913) - "Premium Rouge"
YUL-YVR (AC309) - PE

Other than visiting the Signature Suite in YYZ (we are on paid J), is there anything else we should know / utilize on our trip in J? Also, does anyone have experience with the BCN or YUL Priority Pass lounges (are they worth using four of my annual passes)? Any insights or advice would be much appreciated.
