Citi Thankyou.com Live Chat
Does anyone know the trick to getting the Thankyou.com live chat to work?
When I log on to my Thankyou account, the chat says "Chat Unavailable", however if I check the same link when not logged in, it says agents are available. The issue is that when NOT logged in, a message states that "our agents can not provide specific information about your account unless you are logged in".
I have some reservations that I made via Thankyou.com/Connexions that I need to confirm and I have been trying to chat with them for weeks. (I know, "just call them")
