Stayed here twice in the last month, both one night stopovers. The front desk is indeed extremely slow, mostly because they don't have enough staff to man it. On check-out we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up.

The rooms are nice, and up to date. Breakfast is not the best, but its acceptable. Terrible coffee tough!
Did not have dinner at the restaurant, but went to the Hyatt Place next door. Quite a good restaurant and not too overpriced. They also have a nice bar there.

Parking is 24 Euro at the hotel, which is quite a lot, considering how hard it is to get to the hotel without a car. The car park was mostly empty on both occasions.
Would not hesitate to stay there again, especially using points on the weekend it can be fantastic value. Would not like to have an extended stay here tough, there is absolutely nothing of interest in the area, just offices and hotels!
