Infant seating on A320
Just booked 4 tickets in Y on A320 LHR-BCN , for seats i am unable to choose any seats further forward than row 10 , is this due to Oxygen mask for infant ?

I am assuming row 10 isn't the best choice? due to being in front of the exit row?
