They have a few different seat configurations depending on airplane type.

There are now two or three generations of "reclineable" Y class in service, as well as another type which we refer to as "shell", because it slides forward rather than reclines. Cathay Pacific / Cathay Dragon Fleet, Route and Information Guide. The shell style was the old longhaul Y, but now it is exclusively in a few regional configurations only.

Others on here can likely provide more in depth details if you're looking for a more technical answer.
