Had the same thing on QR 18 from DUB-DOH. Of note: the flight was under-catered. I was in row 1, ordered a pumpkin salad before my colleague in the seat next to me ordered it a few minutes later and was subsequently told that only one salad had been placed on board. Similar phenomena with other dishes on the menu like ice cream; I asked for it after the meal service and was told only three portions had been brought on board.
