Some indicator of who inspected your bag is the correct answer but until that happens one of the micro spy cameras might be a workable solution. Only concerns I would have would be if any laws are being violated on having a camera recording in some states that require two parties to agree to a recording being made. INAL so can speak to if this would in be an issue in a case like this. So on the surface the anti-TSA in me says to record but make sure you don't put yourself in jeopardy Perhaps a large notice in the bag informing anyone opening the bag that they were being recorded would suffice as legal notice. I would suggest a consult with an attorney before beginning..
