The HNL-PPG flights were forced into a modified schedule back in May with a 145 AM departure from HNL and dawn landing at PPG, then a morning departure from PPG and afternoon arrival at HNL, due to the failure of the Instrument Landing System at PPG which required landings and takeoffs to occur during daylight hours only. This system has now been repaired, so flights will be returning to their normal nighttime schedule beginning on July 11:

To accommodate the change, two flights will operate on July 10, as detailed in the article above.
The return to the normal schedule will be beneficial for those traveling from PPG to the US mainland as many more connections will be available without requiring a long layover at HNL.
