It is 5 to 9 according to what I was told at check-in today. Some people were definitely getting wine after 8 pm. the plated appetizers (and I REALLY HATE that way of doing it) are only served before 5 and 7 though. there was dessert still out after 8 pm. it is also interesting to note that the dessert at 8 pm (cheesecake) was not the same as the dessert at 5:30 pm (chocolate cake).
