Amman route aircraft/downgrade

I'm considering booking LHR-AMM return using Avios and a Lloyds Upgrade Voucher next year. It's advertised as having a "seat that converts into a 6ft fully flat bed", and operated by the ex-BMI A321 aircraft with Club World seating.

I notice recently it has been operated (temporarily?) by a A320 aircraft with shorthaul 'business' Club Europe seats. It's also quite some way off in the schedule, and I understand that BA may be converting these remaining ex-BMI A321 aircraft into shorthaul seating configuration.

What would our options be if there is a (scheduled or otherwise) change to the aircraft type or seating?

At a minimum I assume we'd be entitled to a refund (or perhaps other remedy) under the Consumer Rights Act, given that it is advertised clearly as having a 6ft fully flat bed; but would I be correct in assuming that it's not a downgrade as far as EU compensation goes - as long as you call a cabin 'Business class' you can provide whatever product or seat you want?

I also imagine that such a refund would be complicated given the Lloyds Upgrade Voucher being non-refundable?
