As jsloan noted, this is outside the MCT so you can't book it. However, it's within a reasonable connection time. Around that hour of the morning I've done a 2h15 I/D connect at LAX and spent about 45 minutes in the TBIT lounge. Connecting to a 10+ daily flight, 1h30 would be well within the Sensible Connect Time, even if it here violates MCT

For a Sunday morning, small but not impossible especially on an E75. However, if you are having trouble finding X space, then I space will be much, much rarer. And domestic I space would likely only be in the weeks before departure.

You should have access to the *A lounge in TBIT if you are UA*G. I don't know when the Centurion Lounge at LAX will open, but that is in the works as well.
