Just had some fantastic service for a platinum member. I get in to LAX early in the morning, wife and I want to see some of the city before we head up the coast to stay in Santa Barbara (we have an IHG booking up there from 3pm). I called ahead and the Crowne Plaza at LAX will give us a room to shower and change in before we go for a day in LA at no cost.
