I just flew in 7L and thought it was a good seat. I thought of taking 6L but it's just too close to the lav and galley, which is where FAs hang out and talk, often for much of the flight. If you're a light sleeper like me, go with 7A or 7L. I can't stand feeling my seat move so avoid most of the forward cabin (connected seats).
