Has anyone seen this before? Flight with BA to Valencia Spain. Filling out a claim form and it requires my Bank Name; Bank Routing Number; Bank Account Number; and name on the account. I am fine with being reimbursed this way but not comfortable giving out this information on a form.

In the US people steal that information and empty bank accounts.
