You don't need to go through PaW to get the GE Employee pricing (or any of the other employee pricing). With GE as an example, you just go here:

My experience is that the normal referral sites work with the employee discount pages and provide a better discount than PaW. GE Appliances for example has 4% cash back with TCB and 2% with eBates versus the
1% you got above. ::edit:: I realized you got 10% CB in this case which is pretty good ::/edit::. I have only tried this with Samsung, though. I would bet it works with any "employee store" where the store uses the same webpage as the normal one but provides modified pricing after registration. It seems GE Appliances fits the bill.
