Today, under 'view my reservations' I saw a fourth reservation (I only have three)! Moreover, it was 'ticketed.' I got worried - I had not manually entered any PNRs etc... so where did it come from.

When i clicked it brought up a reservation, from my home US city, for someone else - one way international. Never came across the name, no advantago no

Worried someone (1) might have used my miles (2) tey to be using an evip (3) one of my stored CC details I called the ever helpful EXP desk.

The angel had no idea why it happened, searched the history to try and find a connection with me but (thankfully) nothing. She is calling aa.com to see that everything is OK.

Is it just an aa.com bug?
