Great many thanks guys for the precious information, esp. to Carlitos!

All of this without leaving the airport. Very easy process, only bad thing is having to deal with security from the train. So like RFNJ already suggested, it is easy, but the train station is not connected to the hotel path.
So I am sure you will be fine and complete this transfer between terminals in less than 30 minutes.
Sure I'd have all the required papers to satisfy the security guards but I forgot to mention I'll have quite some luggage as well (on a RTW award flight on Business so will be quite loaded). Your detailed instruction is very helpful to persuade me to stay put in T2!

Pros: Easy access, Spacious, Clean Rooms, Quiet. Pitch black when the curtains are closed at night.
Cons; pricier, get a second electronic key when checking in because sometimes they don't work (my experience is 25% of the time). Towels are pretty rough.
Priceless advice for the 2nd room key with all my luggage!! ^
The NH suddenly decides to run a summer promo also helped with the decision...
