Why is CX holding award availabilities at I9 few hours before departure
ive been trying to get upgrade award redemption for CX543 17 June for a while and CX still won’t release it to me even though I class showing 9.
however, they other two flights from HND KA397 showing I5 and CX549 showing I5 both available for redemption.

Does anyone can think of a reason for them holding availability?
