BA First Class Hong Kong

Hi all,

I am lucky enough to be flying back from HKG next month on BA's 777 to LHR in First Class. However, I have a few questions I'm hoping to be answered:

I'm checking out of my hotel, but my flight is not until 23.45. Can I use the in-city check-in for my luggage and how does this work from my Kowloon hotel?
If I'm checked-in and use the above service, can I get to the airport around 6pm and use my boarding pass to clear security early?
Which lounge(s) is/ are the best to use?
