Accor points are transferred to AY 1:1 so it's not particularly great value. If you're on the basic level at Accor programme (Classic) you earn 250 points for €100 spend (excl taxes). They do have frequent bonus promotions allowing one to earn double/triple points etc but you usually have register for these. When you add your AY+ number on your Accor account make sure you enable the automatic points conversion.
