The only thing I'd add is, not knowing the OP's credit card situation, the kiosks only accept chip & pin I believe (maybe contactless now?). But not swipe or chip & signature. This has forced me to always use the ticket office, which has been quick and simple. The ticket office accepts the other types of cards. I don't recall being charged a service charge, but may not have noticed.
