Does Delta Ever Forget to Close a Used GUC?

I flew SEA-HKG a month ago and cleared as #3 at the gate for three available D1 seats. Happy about that of course!
That used up my last GUC -- or so I thought.

Here's the question: My wallet still shows the GUC as "open." Under "details" there is now a 10-digit redemption code.
Can the GUC be used again because it appears as open in my wallet?
