Does it require landing on an international flight in an international terminal or can you arrive on a domestic flight landing at an international terminal (MCO) and still be able to complete enrollment on arrival and bypass the need to schedule an appointment? Global Entry Enrollment on Arrival
You need to arrive from an international flight at a participating international terminal. Not from a pre-clearance airport like YVR, you will arrive at a domestic terminal.
