UA Lounge in FRA
You will not be able to use the UA First Class lounge but you can use the other lounge in the same location.

It's actually better than the LH Sen lounges in FRA.

Actually the only decent LH Sen lounges I've been in are Zurich *A lounge run by LH and New York.
