If so I would expect the lounges to stay the same until there are no more GF Passengers/seats being flown on any flight. If planes with the GF cabin are still being flown, but marketed as Polaris Business, then those seats would become the bonus ones, like the old US Airways A330 had. Originally they flew them as 3 class birds, but after a while they stopped marketing FC. So anyone who booked business and selected a row 1 seat, got a bonus in having a lie flat, version barcalounger.
