Oh man, I had so many issues flying out of JFK in the post-merger pre-integration days earlier this year, including getting bumped 3 times (once for weight/fuel, twice because my ticket got double assigned.) And I’m sure you know 7 hours stuck in JFK T7 is not anyone’s definition of fun (fortunately you can technically access other terminals!) It got to the point where I actually booked a backup ticket on JetBlue after later flights started getting cancelled (and sure enough, it did.)
