1. Yes, it's at terminal 2E and it's indicated outside with a bright red La Premiere sign. It doesn't matter which terminal your flight departs from, you will be driven to the right one later on if it's not 2E.
2. You will have someone assigned to you right after check in. He/she will walk you through immigration and security and to the lounge, and will pick you up and drive you to your plane when it's time to board.
