Have you escalated to a supervisor at corporate Marriott? They're normally good about responding. Often within 48-72 hours, though lately Marriott has taken long to respond, just like the problems with getting someone on the telephone.
I currently have a serious issue that has been opened and escalated to Marriott Customer Service management since May 6, 2018. Responses have been sporadic at best and I have received no satisfaction.
I really hope this and the general issues that Marriott is having now are not indicative of the long term future state.
