18A is not bad as it has two windows. The recline is good. The flight was mostly empty in PEY - less than 20 in it. I still am set to do 16B next month on an overnight. The legroom is oviously much better. Seat pitch felt like what the 738s are - 37 to 39 inches from what I am guessing. One thing - if you are really petite, reaching the pedals might be a bit of a challenge. In that case, 16 is the row for you. And for those expecting a window in 16, you're going to be seated next to a safety card brochure and American Way magazine holder. If you don't like a wall, dont do 16A.
