There is no MNBA that issues a BW card. It's MBNA, and it's a Canada-specific bank:

In the USA, the BW card is issued by FNBO (First National Bank of Omaha).
Meanwhile, no one seems to have posted here about last year's promo, but his thread:
Canadian Offer: 50,000 pts (20K approval, 30K for 1k spend) for MBNA BW Mastercard
shows that it was not always as high as 60k every year. Sometimes it's 60k, but other times it's only 50k (when it's not just 20k like it is now).
So it's unclear to me if the next better-than-20k promo will be 60k or only 50k.
