Yes but in a lot of cases airport staff, contact centre and cabin crew contracts have changed. Its likely that for some people that have been at BA a few years they are on reasonable pay and conditions but someone starting now would have very different terms and conditions and pay. If you looked at the difference in world wide and mixed that is probably the most obvioys comparison.
